I had a dream.

I had a dream.

A Poem by WordsAndVoices

I had a dream last night,

A dream that I was real,

That I didn't just pass by inquisitive eyes,

As another little known face.

That I had friends,

Friends who knew me and cared for me,

And worried if I was sad,

That when I died I wouldn't be buried,

With my name,

But it was all a dream, just fiction,

'Cause that won't ever happen to me,

I had a dream,

That my loneliness was gone,

That I was free.
