Do You See What I See

Just some random thoughts... But I'm hoping this makes someone somewhere open their eyes just a little wider.

I ask myself time and time again

As I see this sight unfold before my eyes

That this society is past its own self destruction

That it is leading itself to its own scary demise

Just yesterday I had a dream or was it a nightmare,

That this world is at its end

But I have to question, is it our own fault

Are we too late,

To see what is happening all around us?

Or are we all just to lazy

To give a damn about anything besides ourselves...
