Just Another Dream

Just Another Dream

A Poem by Tamara
"

Just one of the few little poems i have written...

"

Last night I saw you again,

I hardly know you, but we are so familiar with each other

How can this be?

Last year in the room I knew so well

It was here that you sat and held me in your arms

Here that you caressed my face and spoke those words to me

Told me those three special words I had been waiting to hear

Right in this moment that we felt the cool summer breeze touching our skin

I find it amazing how I barely know you, but I’ve fallen for you

Fallen for the way you held me, the way you whispered in my ear,

But somehow I’ve got to remember that it’s unreal

And that every time I see you, it’s my true feelings that I’ve got to conceal.
