Learning to swim with dolphins
it is really quite a trick
but for a cat it is not right
knows not the swimming kick
 
"Thunder" a dolphin Oh! so strong
"Arthur"a cat with soft paw
Can they touch a while
is there some unknown law
 
Her skin's so sleek and smooth
His is very soft and Oh! so fluffy
She wants to play and kiss him
He knows he better be a toughie
 
Who would have thought
This dolphin would be smitten
by a cat named "Arthur"
such a sweet overgrown kitten
 
They must not be together
this cold water separates
but this fleeting kiss
forever makes them mates
