A perfect circle

In the sands of time.

Ten pennies

Never the dime.

 

A fraction of a whole

Another decimal place.

Still improper

It's parts greater than its base.

 

Add, subtract

Divide by me.

A twisted form

No symmetry.

 

The exception to the rule

An unknown variable.

Equation unsolved

The formula's are bull.
