A wolf in Friends' Clothes

A wolf in Friends' Clothes

A Poem by Wooddawg

At the reigns you steered me poor,
enticed me with promises I couldn't ignore.
Every last trick in the book,
everything you gave, 7fold you took.

At the start, you were there, picked me up,
gave me life when I wanted it to end.
Just remember one last thing
you never were my friend.

Blinders are off, hey nice disguise,
go f**k yourself with your lies!
Tell me again, How it's so hard,
how I'm soft, how I don't belong.
F**k outta here with that song!

You ain't cool, I'm not your fool
I ain't playing that game this time,
So plead your case, not on my dime.
I'm gone for good this time!!!

The feelings you once took away
left me no desire to face another day.
I see you as you are, the evil of good men
and without you, I'll find away to live again!
