Plastic Fears

Plastic Fears

A Poem by Wooddawg

Roses wilt in a broken vase
within the trapper keeper of time and space.
A thousand screams left unscreamed...
echo through dreams not yet dreamed.

A mirror reflects the most honest of traits
entree's of shame served on paper plates.
Chemicals that help pass the time
chewed off nails stained with grime.

Frozen in a kaleidoscope of fears
can't see that there only plastic spears.

Thoughts of man and words of gods collide
decisions unmade, eternities churn inside.
Like an erection that just won't cum
dead horses beaten like a drum.

The mind speaks at a speed of light pace
like a hamster wheel damned to walk in place.
Frozen in a kaleidoscope of fears
can't see that there only plastic spears.
