It's complicated

It felt like the beginning of the end when it hit me
I felt shaken to the very core of my existence but at the same time, this awakening made so much sense and fit the pieces in the puzzle of my Ife
I had been given a reality check
It hurt but at the same time it made sense

I don't know where to begin
I guess I can say I've always known this subconsciously and held it all inward for so long
And now, like an eruption
The lava is spewing onto the surface and I
I suddenly realized who I was
