♦Mystical Worlds - Book 1♦
~This will be a series where you don't have to read the books in order. Each book will be a new world with a new plot and new characters. I don't quite know how long each book will be, but I already have three books in mind for this series... The entire series will be fantasy, and this first book shouldn't be too scary~
Long ago, millions upon millions of monsters and demons and other creatures that go bump in the night infested the Earth, and recently people decided to take their world back. No longer would they let monsters haunt their children's dreams. No longer would they let their children grow up terrified of Urban Legends and ghosts and demons. No longer would children need to sleep in their parent's bed, because now children are slaying the things they fear most.
As soon as they learn to walk, they're taught to defend themselves. And their first order of business is to banish the monsters that live under their beds. And, once they do that, and only once they do that can they start their journey to becoming an adult.
This is a world without fear. A world where people no longer understand the meaning of compassion. A world where nothing can be expected except the unexpected.
♦Throughout this story, I'm going to put a quote before each chapter in the description of the chapter. Whether or not that quote relates to the specific chapter depends on the quote I find, but every quote will relate to the book in one way or another. Also, I may make up the quote, or it may be a real quote from a real person. Either way, I don't always know who they're from, so I rarely cite them♦

This is definitely a unique story line! I'm looking forward to reading more! My only CONSTRUCTIVE criticism would be the issue of repetition("No longer would.....A world where..."). It's fine in small doses, but I wouldn't recommend including a ton more in the book, especially the first chapter. I know there's a fair amount of other writers, and readers, that would probably have a similar opinion. My opinion though, is just that, my opinion! Take it as you will!!! The rest of the story, I'm sure, will be very entertaining! Hope to read more soon! Great creativity!

Thank you! But, just wondering, what do you mean by a ton more?

Just slang! - meaning that I wouldn't recommend including superfluous repetition. I've read books wh.. read moreJust slang! - meaning that I wouldn't recommend including superfluous repetition. I've read books which contain undue displays of recurring phrases. It can make the read become somewhat boring. Obviously, I have not read your book but I would love to! I am, by no means, an editor or expert. I have received constructive criticisms that have helped me tremendously with some of my writing. I hope that I did not insult you - that was not my intention whatsoever. I look forward to reading more of your work.
I look forward to the chapters that follow this storyline! I'm really interested, especially since you stated that "this is a world without fear". Fear is so prevalent in our lives; it sounds like a good read!
