I woke up between my aunt Cecile and my aunt Chris, Cecile's beautiful large orange snake laying coiled on her lap peacefully. I smiled and gently lifted my all black king cobra off of my chest, also peaceful, and headed towards the kitchen to make myself breakfast, listening to how Chris was telling Cecile about he ghosts that haunted the house, mainly the shower and bathroom. I began walking back towards the bedroom, but when I turned the corner, everything was dead silent, and Chris was literally as pale as a ghost.

She slowly lifted her hand and pointed towards the bathroom, and when I looked, blood covered the bathroom, and Cecile sat on the table, dead, her snake in front of her having gone haywire. I grabbed my king cobra by the tail and a blanket and began running when the orange snake began slithering towards me, watching as my snake bounced dangerously around, seeming to go haywire as well. I ran through the kitchen and out the front door when two witches appeared just outside the door, warning me about something I didn't hear, but I kept running.

I ran along the seemingly coincidental wooden path towards the woods when suddenly my black snake turned around and bit down hard on my knuckle, digging his teeth inside my hand. I stayed silent, now crying, as I shook it, trying repeatedly to get it off of my hand. Eventually, it lets go and falls to the ground. I continue running through the forest in random directions, only turning right, when I finally come across a small area with a dozen or so little girls about my age and two adults, a guy and a girl. I run up to the man and throw my arms around him crying, but he doesn't seem to notice when another girl comes up and he motions for her to hug him.

Fear floods through me. *am I dead?* I thought to myself. I willed him to look at me, hoping I was still alive. I mean, I was still bleeding from my snake's bite. Finally, he looked down at me and told the other girl he would be with her in a moment, then kneeled in front that of me and asked what was wrong.

So, yeah. I hate snakes, but I know a little bit about them and what they look like.
