The Nightstand

The Nightstand

A Poem by Wolfwind

Worldly!

Territorial inconsiderateness expounds exponentially,

Quantified deliberately, by diabolical actions unfounded.

Spoken in arduous efforts too have shared thoughts.

We are!

Cavalierly shunned for reason un-mistakenly aggressive.

Peace!

Once a symbolical shared seance, by way of a hand crafted pipe,

Is now debased by a three fingered gesturing of relations confused.

Considering all connotations relived by way of shimmering screens,

We can’t!

Allow indecent incrimination’s of truth, by that which we are sheltered.

Factually!

Irrevocable tempestuous needs far outcry sanity’s want of surety,

When shouts of everlasting pandemonium flaunt unfounded sainthood.

Pondered decadents as zen, we flagrantly exalt a common platform,

We must!

Lay down upon Eden’s gravitational quotient, that we simply won’t know.

What!

It can’t be said, by anything other than flirtations, on beds of saffron,

Conducted with greed of some unknown and higher state of palpitation.

Where by the longitudinal brevity of the non-existent emotionless mess,

It’s said!

Take thy hands away from the button lest we all die!

Okeeday!

The world drifts in the heavens as small particles of spaces pollen.

A ravaging entirely unfounded in the thoughtless legs of whim’s passion.

In concordance with anything we might actually have wanted too say,

Simply put!

Don’t let the finger of ONE, have the button on a night stand!

There is a message here...but I may have missed it due to the fact that I can't stop laughing at some of those "buzz" words you used...talk about tongue tied in my brain..if that's even possible..but still. I had to slowly pronounce some so that I said them in my head correctly...it was just...but still. I'm wondering if you just mean simply that we are not alone in this world (meaning one) we have a voice but that there are others with opinions and that have thoughts too. The button sounds like it is the fate of all and we seem to keep thinking that only one has the right to decide. But one voice added to another then another soon becomes a deafening roar...but still. The messy is in there somewhere I'm sure of it..I just can't unwrap my minds tongue from the big words..lol ...but still. :)
