Luna’s light, high and bright over the desert night

Moon rays sweep the land, bathing, healing, guiding

A glow, of magic and mystic, spirit and soul connected

A bridge, sturdy and true, a golden tapestry

A gateway, a bond

Two sides, two hands holding

Sturdy, trustworthy and understanding

Which flows below is shared, is one

The river, the water

The heart united, the life of the sand and sage

The coyote’s call upon the winds

The wolf’s howl within the canyons

The owl’s silence, forever guarding

The promise’s made

Forever remembered

Under the desert’s night sky

This sounds like a love story..a magnificent love story. The way you keep placing traces of your love through each line is spectacular and filled with the beauty you feel for this place. Not so much an object but the connection it touches inside your heart. This desert night sky is the perfect topping to this extraordinary, touching piece.
