Memories Embrace

Memories Embrace

A Poem by Wolfwind

We sat upon the edge of destiny

Fate, the blanket made to warm

Time, motionless did surround

A world’s ageless sandy ground

Our future’s lines, etched in ink

Words that had been discovered

Freedom, calm, love and more

Opening unto a life’s new door

Heaven’s course, our spirits need

Forever to be this tree’s new seed

Planted so by the hands of Angels

We heard the call and embraced

Together woven, a family’s joy

Miracles mused by all that saw

The wave of two full and strong

It was real, this brand new song

The song now echoes a mournful sound

Angels weep the tune

A door was closed upon this sun

A family believing, hoping, praying

 It’s still not done

The sand gave birth to a beautiful motion

A suite in G that held true grace

A place

A truth

Face to face

Remembering
