Summer Heart

Love and Sand are always running around hand in hand.

Let us muse upon a sea of thought

Onto a log of drift we shall dance

Our own joys and whispered tales

Soft echoes within clear waves

 

Our ripened hearts alight and aglow

Under the glory sun of summer fun

Our laughter sheds the shadows of doubt

Into heavens time our spirits ascend

 

A momentary kiss in God’s great glow

Hand in hand, our hearts beloved breeze

Toppling upon a sandy shore as one

Our proof of moment, our merriment wins

 

The tide at our toes rolls into a sprint of glee

Upon the sands of the hour’s open eyes

We come to stand between that gaze

Goodness that was breath taking...I felt as though I was floating along with the tides...
It was like a gentle sway too and fro
as only two hearts connected would know

Under the summer's glowing sun
much freedom is held in frolic and fun

While standing along the caressing shore
a sunset glows with beauty as never before

As hands embrace through the ensuing night
many secrets to find by Luna's wandering light
