Scene ZeroA Chapter by WolfwindThe Princess isn't strong enough to defeat the Kravaydian Master and is captured.“Argh,” a young woman cried out, tumbling backward from the blast of Lord Grevek’s powerful nini-sword strike. Rolling into a crouch, her own nini-saber spinning into a defensive block in front of her she shouted back, “That all you got?” The much larger Kravaydian Master grinned menacingly, “Have you learned nothing impotent Primori b***h!” “Guess so. Still here aren’t I, eh?” Starla OakCroft flashed a mischievous smile, and lunged towards the other man. Her sword spun quickly around slamming into Lord Grevek’s blade. The contact of the two blades sent shimmering sparks across the stone floor, but only managed to slightly push the larger man back a few inches. The man slid to the side and laughed as he easily pushed the smaller woman away and swung. “Ha ha! You are a feisty blade aren’t you?” His attack came fast and hard with a swing of his left arm. “Grrr!” Princess OakCroft growled as more sparks flew and forced her to one knee to keep her sword steady. “You really are a jerk!” Spinning right and tumbling away several meters, Starla whirled around on one hand and then flipped back onto her feet. “I won’t let you oppress the people of this world!” In a blur of white, green and black clothing, she leapt towards Grevek, the lime green nini-saber, a stream of energy in the air. Lord Grevek was surprised at the young woman’s speed, but managed to step a side, slamming the Princesses sword down, as his free hand grabbed her blond hair, stopping her motion with a powerful yank. “Aiee!” Starla shouted as blinding pain shot through her scalp. “You see, Princess. You were never any match for me.” As Grevek spoke, his own blade came to the young woman’s throat. “I believe this little issue is over, now isn’t it? Hmmm?” Starla grunted, knowing that she had lost to the Leader of the Kravaydian Invasion Forces. “The Primori Command will send others, and others. They will never let you accomplish anything on this planet.” “That’s where you’re wrong Princess. I already know that you came alone…and against your commanders orders at that.” Grevek laughed as he pushed the woman to the floor and in a fluid motion sheathed his sword and disarmed Starla of her own blade. “I think you’ll find my command centers holding facility to be very accommodating.” Starla could see the gleam of vileness in Lord Grevek’s eyes. ‘How am I going to get out of this one?’ The young woman thought as four heavily armed soldiers entered the room and escorted her away from the still smirking Kravaydian. © 2012 Wolfwind |
