~Love & Death~

~Love & Death~

A Poem by Harmony Babin
"

I wrote this poem when I was in the 6th grade, and I still remember it like the back of my hand, haha (:

"

Love may be a game to some people,

and death can be heartbreaking and serious.

Love is not always going to be simple,

yet death can make you delirious.

Love is great,

no doubts there.

It's full of laughs

and unconditional care.

When at times is seems to disppear,

it always shows up when there's a tear.

Death is strange in its own way.

A sign of passing on,

so sad that day.

Tears falling all around,

feeling like your heart is bound.

Love and Death go hand in hand.

So, when approached by both,

we must still stand.

"I Love you to Death" means a lot.

So, when it is said,

there's an utter shock.

I really enjoyed how you framed this poem and related life to death and vice versa.

Oh wow! I love the emotion and rhyme of this poem! In your "About" subtitle, you may want to edit it to "I wrote this poem. . .". This is amazing. It's so intense and has a bittersweet tone. Like NovelGeek said, AWESOMENESS!
