Not that I wish for anyone to wake up in a tub full of ice missing a kidney...A Poem by WolfieAnger management is an artform
There's another hole in the wall Fist-sized and covered cleverly with duct tape and an open door. A wise man once said something about soft words and turning away wrath But that was before the dawn of car keys and fresh metallic blue paint
I know better, smile, wave, bow Put on that mask of proper society's rules and nod with conversation. The passive agression mastered by those more graceful than I Pours onto the syllables of the word "Sorry" and lathers into a vicious stare hidden only by the cheap, dark sunglasses worn rebelliously indoors.
This tact acting as a muzzle over my tight, clenched jaws Hides yet another bite wound through my bloodied tongue. © 2009 WolfieFeatured Review
