Strange Love

Strange Love

A Poem by Bailey Ann
"

Some Randomness

"

For me to fall in love,

isn't so very hard to do.

I see a man, I love his smile,

Boom! And then it's through.

He'd tell a joke, I'd start to laugh,

My heart would give a flutter.

My eyes, how they would fill with stars,

My words, how I would stutter.

Sometimes they'd be handsome,

Sometimes they'd be sweet.

Sometimes they'd be jerks,

whom I'd throw out on the streets.

But then there's this guy, who's stolen my heart

And I'm afraid I can't retrieve it.

All it took was a single kiss,

and I simply couldn't believe it.

Stick a fork in me, I'm done for.

It hardly took a glance.

Hold on just a minute,

I gotta change my pants.

I know it's short, lol and I know it's stupid, but still. It's fun...

I love this! I don't think it'd stupid at all, I think it's cute.
I love the lines "Sometimes they'd be handsome, sometimes they'd be sweet, sometimes they'd be jerks, whom I'd throw out on the streets." All so true.
