Willow tree

Willow tree

A Poem by Woja

Under it's massive umbrella
all remains safe and sound.
With branches a million miles high
that arch and sweep the ground.

Safely nestled within a gentle breeze
a touch of sweet serenity.
For children that seek
to look upon the world unseen.

Graceful beads swaying in the wind
left unseen what lies within.
precious melody of baby birds nested.
left behind completely protected.

Graceful swans lined up on the bluest lake.
Spot a fennec fox on a playful chase.
As long as you remain silent
They will not run away.

Hidden underneath the willow tree
surrounded by a canvas of green
offering protection it never weeps.
Giving us a peak into a world unseen.
