Goodbye you lying F***

Goodbye you lying F***

A Poem by Jonathan Torres

Damn it look at me!
Turn your cheek
Let me find your lips
Let ours touch
And let them play

Here we go
Let the waters roll
Roll off our bodies
And into the design of the fabric
Time moves slowly
Dimmer the sun goes
As the moon blows it out of the sky

I lay asleep and you leave
Not to let the slightest noise wake me
I wake happy
But as i turn i see letters written on a piece of paper
It reads "Love i love you, but what i have seen in this world
we can not be together"
With a sudden blink the paper turns into a vapor

My head spins
The floor quakes
I fall, hand over heart
Letting confusion and sadness take over
Asking a million questions
But most importantly, why?
The room goes black

I now realize that you were nothing
Just a mere vision brought forth out of being desperate
Lies your mouth formed
And i was a fool to believe you
Now you cross my mind as i type
Goodbye you lying F***
