A ChangeA Story by Wisdoms CollectorThe man is sitting on the beach of the vast ocean His black, wavy hair dancing with the wind whereever this wind took it He listens to the sounds of people passing from behind him He sits bounding his knees with his arms (He remebers that he used to be an active man) (--and remembers how handsome he used to be) He flys upon the wings of his imagination far away …far away …with the wind He thinks He sways unconsciously His imagination flies in a sky covered with a layer diamonds The sunlight twinkles inside those diamonds It lightens up the Earth With the colors of the rainbow His imagination flies on the surface of the ocean so quickly Trimming the ocean It never stops His imagination never stops He dives, with his imagination (He remembers the past, Forgets reality, Muses about the future, Forgetting his past too) Who can stop this tendency? Who can stop this Vacillation? "the known and the unknown His imagination takes off It takes off, rising to that diamond layer in the sky It makes way for them to pass through it They reach wherever space ends
The man repeats with a low airy voice: “Not yet…Not yet…Not yet…Not yet...” He realizes that the wind was showing part of his stomach, he covers it He doesn’t know why" He wonders to himself: Do I fear having women fall in love with me, or what? He smiles until his molars appear He did not expect to make himself laugh one day… While still repeating the same statement: -Not yet…Not yet…
An old man realizes what this young man was doing He looks at the guy wondrously The old man approaches him And sits beside him And after moments He asks the young man: “Excuse me, my son. I realized that your sitting alone. But you did not talk to me because you seem to be busy with something. Pardon me, but"What are you waiting for?” The guy answers him: “I don’t know.” The old man looks down into the ground biting his bottom lip, then says: “Think about it for a while.” And he walks far away. Whilst the guy sits in his place thinking about what that old man told him. He thinks, and thinks, then goes: “What then?...What then?...What then?...What then?” © 2010 Wisdoms Collector |
