Sometimes

Sometimes

A Poem by Winter

Sometimes I wonder
Where are you?

Are you in the fields?
Rolling in the green grass

Or in the sea?
Playing with the playful waves

Perhaps in the sky?
Dancing among the soft wind

Sometimes I wonder
What are you doing?

Are you writing?
A pen scratching at plain paper

Or you are painting?
A brush stroking white canvas

Perhaps composing?
Ivory keys singing in silvery voices

Sometimes I wonder
Who you are with?

Are you with a stranger?
A new face introducing to you

Or you are with a familiar?
An old face laughing together

Perhaps with a dog?
A ball of fur yipping around

But one thing for sure
I know that you are here

You are always beside me
You are always supporting me
You are always nurturing me
You are always teaching me

Thank you
