Laughter is good medicine. You only REALLY know that when you've gone years without laughing. Going that long without the endorphins popping causes you to appreciate the high when you do. When there's nothing to laugh at because life has got you down, you have to work a little harder for it, like rent a funny movie. Just do it. Life can be too serious-and stress is a killer so lightening things up a bit is good for the soul.
