When I can't Think

random thoughts that come when I'm unable to think straight

I can't think

so much worry

no more time

past the deadline

indecisions took too long

I can't think straight

mind is a pretzel

zigzagging its way through me

appetite is diminished

thirst overcomes

I can't think clearly

flames flare up

world crumbles down

not enough air

for just one more breath

I can't think

without it hurting

so much to do

so little time

even less money

need an extension

When I can't think

I am thinking too much

chaos swirls

dips and tumbles

spinning a colorful web

my mind is a roller coaster
