Too Much

There's this girl,
Only 15 years.
With tears that only she see's.

She sits and watches the stars,
Wondering if this is all a dream
And when will it end,
Or when she'll be okay.

She watches her life fall apart in front of her
Unable to stop the falling parts,
But no one can see this happening
Because it's buried deep within her.

She lets no one know,
About the fear in her eyes
And how she wants to say goodbye.

This is too much for a teenager to face,
The pain in her heart drags her down a long way.
She wants to go on
But doesn't know how.

She's been feeling this way for a while
But nobody knows,
Only I know
Because that girl is me.
