Wildflowers

bloom

in your

springtime

eyes

as a

jealous

garden

wonders

when winter

will

arrive

Well, winter comes for us all eventually doesn't it? (such GOT vibes, but that's just word association and my brain at work, please disregard).
This evokes so many other things in my mind. I can almost see the hope in the person's eyes, and the world trying to take it. I like to think that sometimes even when winter does come, those wildflowers might still be around. Thank you for sharing this.

Ohhh...the imagery is so wildly beautiful, Willweb.
A springtime friend, who secretly waits for adversity to visit us.
It sends shivers down my spine.
I feel better not have friends then such ones!
This poem is brief but has such a punch. Well done!
