Feeding rumors

of an insatiable appetite

Banging knives and forks

on stained placemats

Demanding their meal

of deep fried lies

and vegetative thoughts

at a cold soup kitchen

on the lower east side

as the city sleeps

unprepared

for the breakfast

they will awaken to

I was sitting here thinking the exact same thing as I was reading.. sounds like Charlie Brown (Cory)... he is one of my favorite writers on here.. I really enjoyed seeing this different side of your writing!...
