Tender Whispers

Tender Whispers

A Poem by willweb

Gently stirring,

wishing morning glories

climbing up a weathered fence post,

strong and sturdy

Clinging vines and barbed wire -

blue lace dreams, greet the sun

Beauty collects in rounded corners

forgotten by the night,

replenished by cool breeze fingers

tickling your dreams

And as you arise from your slumber

smiling at dawn’s designing palete,

blooming before my waiting eyes,

I find the fragrance of my heart

tenderly whispers -

“I love you”
