Yesterday and Today

Almost midnight,

that thin fragile line

when moments change

and calendar pages flip

 

watching as hands slowly meet,

becoming one hidden behind another

pointing towards the heavens

 

It is in that split second

between the then and now,

the was and will be,

that I miss you the most -

yesterday and today - simultaneously

 

God help me tomorrow

My Grandmother always said: If your panties fall to your ankles when wearing a dress, Just keep walking........ don't bother to pull them up, just keep walking.

No . that's part of the lesson. When they absolutely fall to your ankles you just step out of them. Just like any other situation we are stuck in. We learn to just step up and out :-)

If you need to be saved everyday from everything then it seems to me that after learning this we would see either there is no one that can save us but ourselves :-)
