I looked back in my review mirror her waving goodbye and she faded from large to small and I knew that what never was never would be the dust rising my tyres spinning and it was I who faded away -william paris

correct me if I'm wrong, but i feel the poem is aimed towards the question of losing something or giving it away. I only thought that once i read the last few lines, "and it was I who faded away"
When you lose someone is in circumstances other than death who's fault can it really be? anyways, well done William.
