Veins

Veins

A Poem by alexAlexander
"

Our Veins run like an endless universe.

"

         Veins

                    Stop the blame:

         Stop the pain.

         Cease the madness;

         Conceited sadness.

         A million tears, wasted years.

         Can an empty heart ever  be filled?

         Insanity chill. Kill the voices.

         In lure of another thrill;

                                          Pacing the floor:

         in front of the invisible door.

         You are a robotic, kid’s car,

         Controlled from a distance.

         By remote control, brain.

         Bumping into walls;

                                                                                Relapse, collapse, damn the fall!,

         Condemn to hell.

         Like a hammer to a rust nail.

         Idiom, idiot; who can tell?

         Brand inadequate: losers, promise;

         Stick and stones: of going along.

         On autopilot, If only you’ve known.

         Dazzle and daze: on the edge, haze.

                                                                                A shift in mood, off a long road rage.

         Nothing is too hard to resist.

         This meeting point;

         Obliviously.
