That you see everyday 

Get lost in it

The colors and strokes

Of your weapon of hope

Continue the art on you

Design pieces on your skin

Let the shades disagree with yours

Connect it to another

A lover or a fighter

Someone worth caring for

Hand him your sword

And your shields

Then lead him into battle

Show him how to wield it

And expose bare skin

To new lights

Teach him the powers 

Of the colorful weapon

How it can kill or save

Give him a canvas to paint on

Slide some tubes of paint to use

Let him be free

Only then will you know

What it is truly like

To create something beautiful

Hm...as I read this, I was in awe of the beauty of the picture you created with your words! I pictured a man painting another man on a canvas, in many colors, many shades, then have people approach his finished work and decide if the painted man was a lover or a fighter. Perhaps he could be both? It can be seen different from every eye, every angle. I loved this though! Very inspiring.
