Rise With Me

Come on, you can do it..

I will break away from the crowd,

Follow my own road,

And lead myself home.

I don't need anyone to do my bidding,

It's mine after all,

So I'll get my hands dirty.

I can take a stand in what I believe,

Show others this matters,

And get people to rise with me.

Not bad. You have a good concept and you've expanded on it fairly well, but don't forget that you don't have to cap every single line. Some of your imagery is a little overdone, but this is still a good start.
