Spur of the moment before going to bed, inspired by one of my favorite bands Three Days Grace. How'd you like it? Leave suggestions and tips for my writing. Thanks!

i for one enjoyed this, almost lyrical piece. very realeatable and great choice of words when faced, in this situation. in a way we cannot help who we fall in love with, faults and all, till we have no choice left but to realize/face the fact that they never did nor no longer have our bests interests at heart, so we finally have to leave that situation, put ourselves first for once or know you'll just keep getting hurt. regarding this poem again--
altho' this is eloquently written, these are my favorite lines
"I'm falling over and over,
There are so many thoughts about you,
That get stuck in my head,
Each time I try to get rid of you,
I just start to feel dead,
I keep on wasting my time and tears,
Hoping to grab onto you before I fall too hard,
But I only fall deeper,
Over and over"
love the imagery and flow to this. great write...pen on :)

I liked this poem. I felt that it flows really well. The 'over and over' parts were probably my favorite. They remind my of a country song that shares the same title. Kind of made me want to sing it as I read through it. *shrug* Well done, not only in writing style, but making this relatable. Thank you for sharing this with us!

I guess that's what I get for being a Midwest boy. ;) I do listen to a little bit of other stuff too. Christian rock, flamenco guitar, and I like to listen to jazz too. I guess if the song is good, I like it. :)
