Bloody RosesA Poem by WillaDanversJust random entaglements from my brain, straightened out and presented on paper.Irrevocably tired, Bored of life complete, Wandering in thickets, Looking for singular rose,
Sustainably filled, Wanting nothing, Needing so much more, Everything, but nothing,
Weeping eyes, Resting upon sunken cheeks, Pale lips constant grimace, Broken smile, one would say,
Drunk eyes, Gazing through life, Passing over love, Finding only pain, death,
Cold hands, Slipping through warm grip, Found a painless existence, Resistance be futile,
Weary
spirit, Fought so damn hard, Lost the battle anyway. © 2018 WillaDanversReviews
