Happily BrokenA Poem by WillaDanversFirst draft sight into my mind, I kind of like it.I have finally found it, The reason for my choosing, It's the game of the chase, Impossible and doomed endings, I need to break through and change, The creator of my own future, Chasing that which I don't have a chance, Only to prove myself wrong, or right, Either way should be a win, is a win, Breaking the game, or proving the game, I'll play it to the end, My own heart is the price, I don't want that which is easy, A challenge is just what I need, With little words of encouragement, An interesting game you could provide, The only problem, I never follow through, Winning is only temporary, it's hollow, I only want you if I can't, I think, Only once has that been proved wrong, One amongst a dozen, I don't like your chances,
May winning be impossible, I like your face, It's the game of the chase, dreams not reality, Not to settle, forever to run, happily broken. © 2018 WillaDanversAuthor's Note
