![]() Golden SandsA Poem by WillaDanvers![]() Something I wrote a little while ago when my mind wasn't at is best![]() Crystal blue waters, Lapping the golden sands, Breathing in the atmosphere, Caressing my weary lungs,
Little pieces of white within, Once containing life, now empty, Thrown back discarded, unwanted, Now dancing with golden sands,
Wandering hands searching under, Looking for traces of life somewhere, Bubbles in the silent moments, Few found, far and wide,
Footsteps taken along the shore, Whispers of important words, Lingering in the air silently, Leaving a heavy feeling, if you feel,
Calm winds lapping at the shore, Dancing in time with the waves, Twirling with the molecules in air, Merging with the illustrious rays,
Touching her gentle skin, Gradually toning, potential cancer, Weaving into her golden hair, A sun kissed figure, she shall emerge,
Crystal blue waters on golden sands, Dancing above the glitters of white, Breathing with the illustrious rays, Sunshine merging with a smile,
Toned legs drifting along the way, Touching the cold blue waters, A sun kissed figure she is, Breathing in the peace of freedom. © 2018 WillaDanversFeatured Review
