Truth's of OldA Poem by WillaDanversDabbling in something newWeathers of cold, Winters of snow, Truths of old, No more to grow,
Breaking even, With black of heart, Lies of a demon, Forever to be apart
Two of coal, Three of silver, Matching a soul, A silent killer,
Tears of sorrow, Smiles of hatred, Hiding in the morrow, A demon created,
Pain induced, Cares removed, Death seduced, The devil approves,
Time of desperate, Near the golden gate, A fatal debate, He will await,
Your soul is empty, Worth nothing no more, So with contempt, he, Declared another war,
Fight again mere mortal, Bring a smile to darkened face, There is naught that be immortal, But he, who rules the fated place. © 2017 WillaDanversFeatured Review
