Damned and DestroyedA Poem by WillaDanversRaven coloured locks, whipped by grey of wind, A tall fear inducing figure, hidden amongst trees, Captured in silence, shunning the affection of others, A small figure huddled within the dying leaves,
Harsh cold blue light doth shine her eyes, Taut and cruel, the smile she’ll only share, Emptiness and pain doth linger forever more, In the silent heart of black and blue,
Never to show moment of weak, Not upon the passing moon, All hope for a life in future, Rested upon the scarred shoulders of her,
Screams emptied into passing of wind, Tears shed into fierce of waves, Love stripped into dying of flames, Passion striding into the battle of life,
A singular life taken by trembling hand, Many lives saved by courage of cursed heart, Bound together by the blessing of lord, A life given to save the damned and destroyed,
Raven coloured locks, whipped by grey of wind, Seeking guidance from anything around, Strength waning, and courage deleted, A small figure she doth become, and all is lost,
Her future is upon this very moment, Two paths to take, damned and destroyed, Save self, or human kind, one to be lost, All rested upon the scarred shoulders of her,
Dark hate residing upon her heart, No forgiveness for those who did her wrong, A burning passion moving her forward, To take that from in which was stolen from her,
A life held precious to blackened heart, Blooming colour cast by a tearful heart, Revengeful mind, with regretful times, Everything in her wake lying in their own silence,
She chose the third. All to be gone, none to be saved. Everything to die, damned and destroyed, By her own trembling hand. © 2017 WillaDanvers |
