Ok

Ok

A Poem by Will

My friend, sweet friend,
I know you're feeling hurt.
But it's time to cut the bullshit;
I don't mean to sound so curt.

I know the pain you're in,
I've felt it once or twice.
But don't let the pain get to you,
don't fall victim to its vice.

Don't cry, sweet friend, don't cry,
I know just how you feel.
You can't just wallow in sadness like this,
and all the while your character it steals.

I know you're gonna be alright;
that's really all i can say.
This pain won't plague you forever,
just hang on, ok?

I wish someone could have scream that in my face a few months ago:p I had my heart broken, and now I realize how stupid I was. It's a part of life;)

We live and learn, don't we? Thanks for reading :)
A wise and well-worded poem, Will.

You can't just wallow in sadness like this,
and all the while your character it steals.

Great advice - I would get rid of a few syllables for flow, though:

You can't just wallow in sadness,
while your character it steals.
