Questions and Dirty LooksA Poem by Wild Willow BlueI remember why I left..I should be elated only, I am jaded I’m exhausted and stressed nothing to being depressed In a black tie affair I get nothing but stares I feel out of the loop knocked down, dead, from the stoop A coaster on the track that stopped in mid attack a plane in the night sky I’m alone, left to fly I forgot how to breathe my heart left on my sleeve today’s not a good day my life like a rope, frays Questions and dirty looks torn from a million books nothing I feel escapes like light behind black drapes Five ways I lose my mind is something of lesser kinds I guess now I’ll just go a lone wolf, out of the ebb and flow © 2012 Wild Willow BlueAuthor's Note
