Someone's There

Someone's There

A Poem by Wild Willow Blue
"

Don't leave..

"

Hands clenched in the water

forever since our good-bye

A painful smile

on a little boy’s face

You said, “Farewell,”

to a lifetime of nothing

The kitty-cat’s in the window

crying tears of gold for master

Do you see?

Don’t you know?

Marches of breath

in my dreams of floating

You dropped me from your arms

and I fell through the sky

Dark and drowning

choking on clouds and air

Will you touch me?

I love you

Sweet
