You're Gone

You're Gone

A Poem by Wild Willow Blue
"

A wolf in sheep's clothing, or something else entirely..

"

I realize now

now that everything

is done

is finished

is over

that I don’t know

you

like I thought

I did

You’ve changed

my dear

but you’re still

you

deep down

I loved a part

a certain

aspect

but you put a mask on

and fooled me

I don’t hate you

could never hate you

just don’t know anymore

if what I love

is still there

in your heart

or is it gone forever?

I’ve been a fool

to think these things

I should have known

what I would feel

when I realized

you’re gone
