Anniversery of Death

Anniversery of Death

A Poem by Wild Thunder
"

This is a true story... as sad as it is I will always remember the 12th for as long as I live.

"

Standing dropped the phone
Sprinting down a road
Listening to the words in my head

There she laid in the road
Like an Animal
As the Paint of death mixed with the rain
As streams drip onto the torn cheek
She is gone is all they said
She is gone is all they said

The sound of screams and tears filled the air
Cowards ran all away, like theifs who played God
Craddled in my arms
The last time I would ever see her face
To see her without breath

Curse upon my mind
If I had only been there
Maybe she would still be here

I feel it in my viens
My angel watches me
I miss you and goodbye

Forever I will remember you
On this day the 12th
