I am Perfect

A list of my negatives to show I too am human. Many people do not think I am, for I am too strange.

Dear World,

 

Today I am writing to explain to you, I am perfect in my own special way. Everyone is. Whether you are big or small, poor or wealthy, smart or dumb, EVERYONE is SPECIAL.

 

To start off I am a girl. One of the billions of woman, young and old, on this Earth. But I am very different than all of them. I am a girl who has ambitions that I have strived at from a young age. They have changed multiple times, but everytime, I never gave up until I had no intrest.

 

I am only human. I am a very jealous and possessive person. When someone steps on my "territory" I cannot help but feel offended. I cry when I want. I eat when I want. I have little intrest in science, english and foreign languages, and social studies too.

 

I bash on people behind their backs. I secretly love someone I know I cannot have. I am a virgin, and gosh darnit (YEAH I SAID IT!) I am proud.

 

I used to believe in god. Then I grew up and stopped. Then miracle after treachery after miracle happened. Many thing did not go the way I wanted and needed something (or someone) elses help. I turned to books. I found a love in reading about others wrong doings. And soon after I found a love in god once again. Not specifically religious god, but a spiritual god to myself.

 

I often have violent rages. I often feel like I am the lowest one. I have aced and failed classes. But i still continued towards my goals.

 

Many people in this world, have none of that or all of that. Some people think they are a "worthless peice of s**t". They may be right. But I do not wish death upon anyone. Not even those I hate, yes, hate.

 

Now World, you know that I am one in the same as everyone else out their. I wish that someday, no one would be so negative.

So personally I think this is awesome. And I'll tell you why it's awesome. Because you are comfortable with who you are. You are understanding and accepting of your flaws & that's the most important thing in life. If you're truly comfortable with who you are, if you love yourself for all your little imperfections, then everyone else's opinion is irrelevent. And you'll learn that if people don't love you for who you are, then it's not worth your time to be with them. See, I just currently learned this lesson. Sure, some people may dislike my faults, but someday someone is going to come around that does love everything about me, and until that day happens, having myself is enough. So kudos, man. You've learned a very important lesson very early in life.

xD, I love this and I understand how you feel. I feel the same way about myself; and though I know that I may never be the greatest person on earth, I have learnt to love myself the way I am. I like the way that you were honest with your own faults, and many people aren't. They want to believe that they are perfect in every way, better than anyone ever will be.
