Bored

Bored

A Poem by Time's The Bond

By: Emily Lui

Walk round

Not a sound heard

So absurd

Left unheard in the quiet

Not a thing to do

Play a slot and abort

Sit down

With a frown

Wishing a town around

My only companion

Air

I stare nowhere

Out of boredom

I want to run

To another world

So Pathetic

I feel frenetic

Put me on anesthetic

My boredom so serious

I feel delirious

Dizzy and ditzy

It’s mysterious

How serious it gets

Being bored

This transports you to a different world. At least that's how it felt while I was reading. You described boredom perfectly. :) Great job.
