Letters through Atlas

Letters through Atlas

A Poem by The Revisionist
"

for someone who hears the sky

"
Silent wishes and hopeful words,
praying they reach you.
Even as it rains,
the letters are sent.
They envelop the raindrops,
as it drips unto your skin.
As you gaze up at the sky held by Atlas,
underneath it somewhere is me.
I'm asking the Sun a favor,
to tell you to remember to smile.
Through the Moon I send you a message,
that everthing will be alright.
When a shooting star comes your way,
hear it say...
You're my
world,
my core,
my heart.
You are my everything
As night passes I let myself whisper,
I will love you until tomorrow's end.

This is beautifully worded, impressive and sincerely captured my imagination. It's truly as big as the sky!

Heavy sigh! What a gorgeous love poem. The adoration, the love, the compassion...well, it drips off every line and is enchanting. Absolutely lovely work. Lydi**
