Blinding Lights, Splintering DarknessA Poem by *~Kristy~*Blinding Lights and
Splintering Darkness All the lights are so
blinding, And the darkness
behind me is forever binding, But, here in the
center, My heart is in broken
splinters, To step into the
light, Is to forget the
memories of darknesses fight, To step into the
dark, Is to give up and
forget the lights beautiful spark, Among the brightness, Everything around me
will be blissfully plightless, I won't have to
remember, Those cold lonely
days of December, Among such darkness, My entire life will be
bleak and sparkless, I will only yearn
for, The light to come
again knocking at my door, To forget the past, Is to give up dealing
with it cowardly and fast, But to deal with it, Is to bring on panic
attacks and anxieties fits, What do I do, When I am just so
confused, When all of these
roads to walk are unknown? What if the path I
choose, I end up alone? © 2010 *~Kristy~*Reviews
