It Isn't Fair

It Isn't Fair

A Poem by *~Kristy~*

Your blue eyes swam with agony,

The day she passed away,

And left us broken and lost -on our own,

She was too young to die,

We were too young to lose her,

It wasn't fair that she had to die.

My green eyes swam in agony,

The day you slipped away,

And left left me abandoned -soon to be forgotten,

I was too young to be on my own,

I was too young to lose you,

It wasn't fair that you hated me so.

His brown eyes swam with pity,

The day he found me,

And falsely promised not to leave me for two years,

I was too young to fall in love,

I was too young too lose him,

It wasn't fair that I couldn't connect to him because of how I missed you.

His blue eyes swam with love and adoration,

The day I found him,

And we entwined hands -a pact that has yet to disolve,

I am too young to lose him,

I was too young to lose you.

It isn't fair that you blame me for her death.

Her forest green eyes swims with longing,

Every day when I look at her picture,

And run my fingers accross the thin material,

She was too young to die,

I was too young to realize that it should have been me.

It isn't fair that I miss you this much.

You were my best friend for ten years.

I loved you.

 I still love you.

You were my real first love.

Please. Please. Please.

How many times do I have to say it?
