HateA Poem by *~Kristy~*Broken Night, Souls shattered and twisted, Correlation no more, Now symbolized by agony,
My heart has become darkness, He killed the light, Took it away forever, So that I cannot see anything now,
I still have the letters, notes, emails, and poems, I still let my gaze rest upon them in sadness and pain, You made it very clear to me, To clear actually,
I couldn't hate enough to love, You couldn't love enough to hate, But now we have both become what we weren't, I hate love with a deep divine aching that shalln't be removed,
And you: You love someone that you should hate, And I hate her too, Because she doesn't deserve your attention,
What is so special about her huh? She's broken because of him, And you are broken because of her, I am broken because of you,
When does the hurt end? Do I have to die first? I've already tried living, That backfired in a flash,
Never embrace me again, No matter how many times I tell you that or push you away, You still do anyways, And it hurts,
Your secrets are carved into my skin, Your essence is carved into my memories, Your breath is carved upon my tounge, And your hate is carved upon my heart.
If I loved you I'd just let you go, Run away and not care anymore, So that you wouldn't feel so much guilt, But all that I can do is love, disguised by hate... © 2009 *~Kristy~*Reviews
